My Experience
EXPERIENCE
CSU STUDENT AND 2MCE RADIO
February 2016 - Present
I made the decision to study Journalism at Charles Sturt University in Bathurst, NSW when I completed my HSC back in 2015. CSU have their own radio station on campus called 2MCE. Here I have learnt how to conduct phone interviews and write copy for our local news radio station which is produced and presented by Journalism students at Charles Sturt University. From this I have even learnt how to present in a broadcasting voice.
I have always had a love of English and excelled in the subject during my high school studies. I have always enjoyed reading and writing. My part time hobbies include writing for my internship and travelling and exploring rural and regional towns.
WIN NEWS
April 10 - 14, 2017
During my mid session break of second year I was able to gain a weeks work experience with WIN News Central West located in Orange, NSW. Here I learnt the ropes of TV and Broadcast media and was lucky enough to conduct interviews and have a go at writing my own piece for a segment in the local news. What an amazing experience!

It's a great, feel good experience.
